BROKEN ARROW, Okla. — The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) and the Islamic Society of Tulsa (IST) announced a press conference in Tulsa to announce the filing of a lawsuit against the City of Broken Arrow.
CAIR and IST said the lawsuit is in response to the City of Broken Arrow denying a rezoning request for a proposed mosque.
