A popular North County restaurant known for its organic, seed oil-free menu is preparing to expand into San Marcos. Haggo’s Organic Taco has recently submitted plans for a new restaurant at 222 North City Drive in San Marcos, according to records filed with the San Diego County Department of Environmental Health. The application is currently listed as “Plan In-Review.”
The incoming restaurant will occupy approximately 2,898 square feet at the growing North City mixed-use development, a master-planned community bringing new opportunities for retail, residential and 25 acres of parks and open space. It’s expected to open by the end of the year.
