FSU frat house sale in limbo, judge could weigh in this week

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – FSU’s $5 million purchase of an iconic fraternity house just blocks from campus is now in limbo.

The property owner’s attorney asked a judge to vacate the sale Monday and a decision could come later this week.
