Kelsay Cosgrove, owner of KCC Bakery, crafted and sold baked goods out of her home for nearly a decade. She is now weeks away from opening her own bakery store.
“It’s insane, honestly. Like, I never saw it becoming what it is, but I’m really grateful,” Cosgrove said.
