EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – An Evansville man is facing charges after being accused of attacking a woman with a pair of scissors and threatening to kill her.
According to a report filed by the Evansville Police Department, officers responded to a 911 call on July 24 at a home on Delmar Avenue.
