FAIRVIEW TOWNSHIP, Pa. (WHTM) — Pennsylvania American Water just announced plans to make $4 million worth of upgrades in York County.
According to Pennsylvania American Water, they will soon begin work on a project to upgrade two wastewater treatment plants in Fairview Township, York County. These projects are set to begin in August 2026.
