A 33-year-old Ocala man known as “Lil’ Phil” will spend two decades in federal prison for possessing fentanyl and methamphetamine with the intent to distribute the drugs.
On Monday, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Florida announced that Phillip Washington III has been sentenced to 20 years’ imprisonment for possession with intent to distribute 400 grams or more of fentanyl and 50 grams or more of methamphetamine. He was previously found guilty of both charges in early April 2026.
