A new restaurant may replace a cupcake store in Worcester that closed in 2025.
The business, known as The Vegan Path, has applied for a victualler license, according to the Worcester License Commission’s agenda for Aug. 6. Victualler licenses are required to operate businesses that serve food. The address of The Vegan Path is 56 Water St., the same location of the closed cupcake store, The Queen’s Cups.
Opened in 2012, The Queen’s Cups served a variety of sweets, including cupcakes, cannoli cookie sandwiches, cookies, “cosmic brownies,” triple chocolate mousse tortes and lemon meringue squares, according to the shop’s website…
