Texas MedClinic facilities have a new owner — and new name.
The urgent care provider, which was founded in San Antonio and grew to 40 clinics in three Texas metros, has been acquired by Nashville-based HCA Healthcare, a major provider that operates in 19 states and the United Kingdom.
