SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) -A man has been sentenced in the 2024 death of a homeless man in Springfield.
Court documents state Jimmy Nunnery entered an Alford plea on Monday in Greene County Circuit Court in the death of Bryan A. York, 59. An Alford plea means he admitted the state has enough evidence to convict him, but did not admit guilt.
