‘He very easily could have died’: Wrong-way crash survivor faces long road to recovery

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — A 21-year-old man is facing a long and uncertain recovery after a wrong-way, head-on crash early Saturday morning on U.S. Route 33 in Violet Township.

21-year old David Mueller was driving eastbound on U.S. Route 33 when Ohio State Highway Patrol said a car driven by 28-year old Bailey Johnston was traveling westbound in the eastbound lanes hitting him head-on at around 12:44 a.m.
