Two people have been arrested after sending police on a high-speed car chase.
Musa Nur Abdi, 19, and 20-year-old David Koiwu were taken into custody yesterday just before 8 am. Abdi is facing several charges ranging from aggravated assault by vehicle to reckless driving.

The incident happened when Erie police saw Koiwu in the passenger seat of a car as it drove by. According to the affidavit, Koiwu had an active arrest warrant for simple assault.
