My air conditioning system went out and for about 6 days, that also happened to be the hottest days of summer … so far … it was hot AF.
Summer in El Paso is no joke boy. On a good day it’s stupid hot and if you have to be outside, I feel for you. Seriously, this heat can kill … If you or anyone you know is having trouble with the heat, remember there are cooling centers all over El Paso.
Being inside, with a broken AC is worse though, trust me. I just found out, the hard way, exactly how bad it can be. I don’t know how people without AC survive.

Long story short, it was an electrical issue … a capacitor went out and while the techs were fixing that, they noticed the thermostat was acting up so they put in a new one on Thursday…
