8,000-square-foot parks HQ breaks ground at Ascarate Park under 2024 bond

EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — El Paso County is moving forward with a new headquarters building at Ascarate Park, a project tied to the 2024 voter-approved Capital Improvement Bond and aimed at improving access to park services.

A groundbreaking ceremony happened Wednesday near the entrance of the Ascarate Annex at 301 Manny Martinez Drive in El Paso.
