A Justice man was charged with speeding and resisting police after a traffic stop on July 11.
Amer Hammouda, 38, of the 7900 block of South 82nd Avenue, was stopped near 148th Street and LaGrange Road traveling 51 mph in a 35 mph zone, police said.
Officers said Hammouda ignored commands to remain in his vehicle and continued approaching them. He resisted handcuffing attempts and told police: “I am a citizen and I don’t have money to pay a ticket.”…
