Kent and Muskegon County voters approve local millages for schools, parks, and public safety

In Kent County, Cascade Township voters narrowly approved changes to the township’s zoning code. Officials there will reinstate codes, despite pushback from many residents who said the new regulations unfairly restricted property owners.
