The Fishers Police Department is investigating a fatal crash that occurred at 96th Street and Allisonville Road just after 11:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 4.
When officers and medics arrived, it was determined the occupant of a white Hyundai Palisade was deceased. The driver of a black Ford F-250 was still on scene and refused medical transport.
