Texas Roadhouse is bringing its signature combination of hand-cut steaks, warm rolls, and value-priced meals to Olivette. The casual steakhouse chain has signed on as the newest retail tenant at Olive Crossing, the 14.8-acre mixed-use development on Olive Boulevard just west of Interstate 170. Developed in partnership by Keeley Properties and KEAT Properties, Olive Crossing will soon be home to the brand’s seventh St. Louis-area location.
The Concept & Food
Founded in 1993, Texas Roadhouse has grown to more than 730 locations across 49 states and 10 countries, becoming one of the nation’s highest-volume casual dining chains, according to The Wall Street Journal. Known for hand-cut USDA Choice steaks offered at approachable prices, the restaurant has built a loyal following with its lively atmosphere, generous portions, and complete steak dinners that emphasize value.
Nearly as famous as the steaks are the restaurant’s warm, fresh-baked yeast rolls served with cinnamon honey butter, which have developed an almost cult-like following. Other signature menu items include slow-cooked, fall-off-the-bone barbecue ribs, along with burgers, chicken, seafood, salads, and sandwiches…
