ST. LOUIS – Thousands are without power Thursday morning amid heavy rain across the St. Louis region.
As of 7:30 a.m., Ameren reports that more than 9,600 customers are without service in Missouri, including more than 4,400 in Jefferson County, nearly 2,600 in St. Louis County, and almost 700 in St. Louis city. St. Charles County also has more than 300 customers without power.
