An Oklahoma County judge just put State Farm on a hard deadline — and did not mince words doing it.
According to KOKH FOX 25 in Oklahoma City, Judge Amy Palumbo issued an order Tuesday in the hail damage lawsuit brought by Tulsa homeowners Billy and Lacy Hursh against State Farm. The judge ordered strict deadlines for document production and addressed what the plaintiffs’ attorneys described as stonewalling that has dragged on since the case was filed in 2025.
