GROVETOWN, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – A woman has been charged in connection with an attempted armed robbery at a Grovetown convenience store, according to the Grovetown Police Department.
On Aug. 2 at approximately 9:10 p.m., authorities say an individual dressed in black and wearing a ski mask entered A&S Food Mart at 317 E. Robinson Avenue, ran behind the counter and pepper-sprayed a female store clerk.
The clerk fought back, and the suspect left the store, according to the department.
