RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A 41-year-old man who was found dead on Parkwood Avenue on Wednesday morning has been identified by police.
In a release sent to 8News on Thursday, Aug. 6, Richmond Police identified 41-year-old Christopher Draughn as the man who was found dead in the 3400 block of Parkwood Avenue at about 5:30 a.m. on Wednesday.
