WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – Nearly 6,000 students will descend on the University of North Carolina Wilmington next week, bringing back-to-school traffic and a brand-new “Move-In experience” designed to handle campus growth.
University officials said the new self-guided model is meant to account for infrastructure changes while still offering a warm welcome.
Students are scheduled to arrive from Wednesday, Aug. 12, through Sunday, Aug. 16, based on assigned appointments by residential area. All students must arrive on campus during their designated check-in window…
