An argument about cheating between an Illinois couple ended with the woman shooting her fiance and then video-calling the other woman while he lay in a pool of blood in the background.
Rosa Lagrone, 40, has been sentenced to 38 years in prison after she was convicted earlier this year of first-degree murder in the death of 27-year-old Darnell Manns. The DuPage County State’s Attorney’s Office said the jury found her guilty after a four-day trial and about 2 1/2 hours of deliberation.
