ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – Traffic on southbound Interstate 270 near Interstate 70 has slowed after a vehicle crash around 11 a.m. Thursday.
MSHP said that six vehicles were involved in the crash. Pattonville Fire District said two people sustained minor injuries. At one point, MoDOT cameras showed first responders briefly blocking all lanes of traffic.
