An H-E-B employee died after a workplace accident. Then lawyers began circling.

Austin Flores died April 8 after being injured in a forklift accident at an H-E-B distribution center in San Antonio.

The next day, on what would have been his 28th birthday, his parents hired attorney Mark Braswell to pursue a wrongful death lawsuit against H-E-B.
