(MONUMENT, Colo.) — The Bistro on 2nd is a family-owned, casual fine dining restaurant serving fresh, flavorful dishes inside a historic building in downtown Monument. The restaurant is now open for lunch Tuesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Whether you’re in the mood for the Bison Burger, mussels, scallops, or Beef Tenderloin Carpaccio, guests can enjoy lunch on the restaurant’s patio during the summer months.
The restaurant also offers an extensive wine selection. Co-owner Katrina Van Rossem says the knowledgeable staff enjoys helping guests discover new wines, and many customers leave having learned something new about what they’re drinking.
