CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) – More than $1 million is in play to demolish structures in the city of Sharonville, including a pivotal former bank building, to make way for the $75 million redevelopment of the city’s downtown loop that is expected to break ground in the coming months.
The city of Sharonville is deploying $700,000 from its capital fund and using a newly awarded $325,000 grant from Hamilton County to carry out the demolitions.
The larger redevelopment project, on which the city is partnering with Elevar Design Group and the Mayerson Co., will produce several new mixed-use buildings on sites scattered throughout the city’s downtown loop.
