Ossoff, Warnock press Pentagon again over cuts at Fort Gordon hospital

AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – Georgia Sens. Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock are renewing their push to save inpatient care at Fort Gordon’s Eisenhower Army Medical Center.

Saying troops, families and veterans in the Augusta area deserve clearer answers, Sens. Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock this week sent a new letter to War Department officials after the agency missed a response deadline the senators set in June.

Veterans, military spouses and military-connected families in Augusta will have a chance to build AI skills at a free workshop.
