Ohio distributes millions in Summer EBT benefits to families across the state

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — Ohio has dispersed nearly $118 million in Summer EBT benefits to help families buy food while children are out of school.

The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services announced that the department distributed $117,970,680 in Summer EBT benefits, also known as SUN Bucks, between May 29 and July 31.
