It’s the time of year when teens head back to class and college students start to move into their dorms. Summer vacation is becoming a memory, while everyone gets ready for their classes and tries to plan for their best futures.
Wellington native Kate Wagner was one of these students not long ago. She graduated from college a year early this past May on a full scholarship and has returned home this summer with some wisdom to share.
Wagner was an exceptionally motivated student, even before she attended college.
