BENTON COUNTY, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — The wife of former Arkansas State Rep. Austin McCollum has filed for divorce days after his arrest for alleged domestic violence.
Court documents said McCollum’s wife officially filed for divorce on Aug. 7.
The filing comes a day after she filed a petition for an order of protection against McCollum. Judge Xollie Duncan granted the Ex Parte Order of Protection effective until Aug. 25 of this year. A temporary hearing has been scheduled for 9 a.m. that day…
