GOODYEAR, AZ (AZFamily) — Wendi Sinclair purchased a new air conditioner last summer. She says it failed within days of installation and has not worked properly in more than a year, prompting a state investigation into the contractor’s work.
The first sign of trouble, according to Sinclair, happened nine days after installation.
“It was running non-stop and it was a 10-degree difference in here. My thermostat was set at 74 [degrees]. It was 84,” Sinclair said…
