FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — Witness testimony concluded Friday in Cassandra Michael’s juvenile murder trial, with a packed courtroom hearing for the first time from a young woman who accused 18-year-old Caleb Quick of assaulting her days before he was killed.
Michael is accused of driving the getaway car for her then-boyfriend, Byron Rangel, who prosecutors say shot and killed Quick outside a Clovis McDonald’s on April 23, 2025.
A judge has ordered media not to identify, record or show Quick’s accuser. FOX26 is referring to her as Jane Doe…
