AUSTIN, Texas (KXAN) — Underneath a cypress by Lake Austin, Ralph Gilmore wraps his Friday spent on a pontoon.
“My happy place is being on the water,” he says after finishing a day of renting out his boat. The 67-year-old makes a living based on his love for the water.
