‘A matter of time before someone gets hurt’: St. Louis neighbors demand action on neighborhood ‘race track’

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – A roadway in South St. Louis notorious for speeding and people blowing stop signs is grabbing attention after neighbors said they’ve voiced their concerns for months – and still have seen nothing done.

Brannon Avenue, between Southwest Avenue and Arsenal Street, has been the main concern. Neighbors First Alert 4 spoke with on Friday said drivers have been using this roadway like a race track for as long as they can remember.

Now, they want the city to finally address the problem, and they said they won’t stop until it happens…
