Syracuse man wanted for murder arrested in Minnesota

SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — Authorities located and arrested a Syracuse man wanted for murder in Minnesota on Wednesday, Aug. 5.

Around 3 p.m., the U.S. Marshals Service arrested 22-year-old Travis Boatwright in the city of St. Paul, said a statement from the Syracuse Police Department.

Boatwright was charged with the following:

  • Second-degree murder
  • Second-degree criminal possession of a weapon
