ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A 14-year-old was seriously injured Saturday night in Rochester when they hit a car while riding an electric scooter.
Rochester police say they responded to the intersection of Norton Street and Carter Street around 7:00 p.m. There, they found the 14-year-old male with a serious leg injury; he was taken to the hospital.
