A Villager has filed a lawsuit against ALDI after she allegedly suffered permanent bodily injuries from slipping on a liquid substance while shopping at the grocery chain’s Oxford location.
Lynne Dunn, who lives in the Village of Osceola Hills, filed the lawsuit against ALDI (Florida) LLC on July 13, in the Fifth Judicial Circuit Court in Sumter County.
