Sunday should be the last of the triple-digit days for some time here in Reno, as we’re expected to come in around 101, along with strong afternoon gusts and dry conditions.
Due to the Bug Fire and other ongoing blazes, expect patchy smoke in Reno from 9 a.m. to noon.
Heat advisories and an extreme heat warning are still in effect for the region. Make sure to drink plenty of water, apply sunscreen, and stay in the A/C when possible.
