ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Serving Albuquerque for more than 50 years, the matriarch of a family-owned Italian restaurant business is turning 90 and the community is showing up to celebrate her milestone birthday.
“I’m going to make a pizza,” said Anna Burgarello with her apron tied to her waist. For Anna, it’s second nature to make a pizza, as her hands confidently mold the dough to perfection.
