A collision between four vehicles on North Drive resulted in injuries and led to a DUI arrest on Friday.
According to Hopkinsville Police, David Green of Hopkinsville was traveling north on North Drive when he reportedly lost consciousness. Green’s truck then reportedly swerved into the oncoming lane and struck the driver’s side of a car operated by Heather West of Hopkinsville.
Green’s vehicle then struck a truck head-on that was operated by Connie Borman-Osburn of Crofton. Her truck was pushed back by the collision and hit a car operated by Sadie Adams of Hopkinsville…
