The Bar-B-Que Shack in Jacksonville has the smoking cannon re-fired, as the restaurant reopened last week.
The new owners Adrian Trevino and his wife, Brittany, who are Jacksonville residents, purchased the long-time barbecue restaurant, on 1000 S. Hwy. 161 and are adding new flavors. Their family is helping with the business.
