CARVC Opens Registration for ‘27 Conf. in Myrtle Beach, S.C.

The Carolinas Association of RV Parks & Campgrounds (CARVC) has officially opened registration for the 2027 CARVC Conference & Expo, scheduled for Jan. 30 – Feb. 2 at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Myrtle Beach Oceanfront Resort.

Centered around the theme “Preserving Traditions & Creating Memories,” the event brings together campground owners, managers, industry suppliers and outdoor hospitality professionals from across the Southeast for three days of education, networking, and business development.

What’s New for 2027

  • Expanded Southeast Outreach: CARVC is expanding its regional footprint to welcome campground owners and operators from Kentucky, Tennessee, Virginia and Georgia — providing vital networking and educational access to states without dedicated state-level conferences.
  • Campfire Conversations: Exclusively available to Show and Platinum-level sponsors, these dedicated sessions offer high-visibility opportunities to showcase products and services directly to attendees on the trade show floor.

Program Highlights

  • Keynote Speaker Sean O’Neill: The internationally recognized memory expert will deliver an entertaining, actionable session on building stronger customer relationships and mastering techniques to “Never Forget Another Name — or Anything Else for That Matter.”
  • Industry-Focused Education: Sessions, panels, and roundtables featuring top industry experts will cover critical topics including legal issues, insurance, ADA accessibility, Ground Fault Circuit Interrupters (GFCIs), and park operations. Attendees can earn continuing education credits while gaining practical strategies for immediate implementation.
  • “Legacy & Memories” Trade Show: Attendees will connect face-to-face with leading suppliers featuring the latest outdoor hospitality products, innovations and services.
  • Networking & Special Events: Program features include networking receptions, the annual fundraising auction, and supplier-sponsored events designed to foster long-term industry connections.

“Each year, our conference is designed to provide campground professionals with practical tools, valuable connections, and fresh ideas they can take home and put into action,” said Dee Witting, executive director of CARVC. “Whether you’re a first-time attendee or a longtime member, you’ll leave inspired, informed and better equipped to serve today’s camping guests while preserving the traditions that make our industry so special.”…
