Mother launches road rage petition after sons shot

ST. LOUIS – More than a year after two young brothers were shot in a suspected road rage incident, their mother is pushing for changes she says could help prevent similar violence.

Johnisha Hillard’s sons, 9-year-old Jordan Neal and 10-year-old Richard Neal, were shot in May 2025 while riding in a car on Bircher Boulevard near Union Boulevard in north St. Louis.
