For more than 30 years, one Albuquerque woman has dedicated her time to helping people find that perfect pair of shoes for them and their lifestyle. Owner of Q Shoes, Saundra Thompson, stopped by New Mexico Living to talk about the importance of wearing the right shoes.
“Everybody’s foot is differnt. Your knees are different, your back is different. I always relate it to a foundation to a house. If that was cracked, then the whole house starts to shift. Well same thing with your foot. If your foot isn’t supported, then your ankles are turning in, your neews turning in and then your back starts to bother you,” said Thompson.
