CHAPEL HILL, N.C. — North Carolina fans are less than two months away from their first look at the Michael Malone era. UNC and Southern California are scheduled to meet in “The Preseason Premiere” exhibition on Oct. 9 at First Horizon Coliseum in Greensboro, N.C.
While neither school has officially announced the matchup, First Horizon Coliseum has confirmed the planned game. Tip-off is set for 7 p.m., while a television designation has yet to be announced.
The exhibition against the Trojans will be UNC’s first of two preseason contests in October. Nine days later, the Tar Heels are slated to face Indiana at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis on Oct. 18…
