Billionaire digital entrepreneur Ric L. Elias and his wife, Brenda, have paid $17.1 million for a Palm Beach house that sold in May for $15.8 million, according to the prices recorded at the courthouse with the deeds.
The seller who just flipped the house at 350 Seabreeze Avenue was financier and Palm Beach real estate investor Steven K. Hudson, who has bought and sold other properties in town, records show.
