You can no longer bring a backpack or large purse with you to events on Akron Public Schools property.
The district has instituted enhanced event safety procedures that permit only clear clutch-sized bags and diaper bags. The clear bags must measure no larger than 8.3 inches by 6.5 inches by 3.3 inches. Any permitted bag will be subject to inspection.
