PORTAGE COUNTY, Ohio (WOIO) – A Streetsboro man who hit a family member in her 70’s in the head with a pallet and pushed her down stairs, was sentenced to 13 to 18 years in prison Monday.
In June, Richard McNeal pleaded guilty to attempted murder and having weapons while under disability.
